Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Licensed Professional Counselor

Is your life shrinking because of intrusive thoughts, overwhelming anxiety, or avoidance? Are you a parent, confused and needing support for your child or teen with their own anxiety behaviors? Hi! My name is Mallory, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I bring my own lived experience with OCD into sessions every day. This means I don't just know the skills—I know what it feels like to sit across from a therapist, implement these same skills in my own life, and face your worst fears daily outside of session. Additionally, my background as a Registered Nurse and caregiver gives me a unique lens for supporting helping professionals and caregivers—clients who often prioritize others' well-being over their own.

I specialize in helping adults, teens, and children break free from the cycle of OCD, severe anxiety, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and depression. For younger clients, I offer interactive child therapy and focused parent sessions to ensure lasting change. I welcome clients from all cultural backgrounds, faith/spiritual backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I integrate faith and spirituality into treatment only as requested and defined by the client.

Our work will be practical, values-driven, and focused on meaningful change. My foundation for all clients is a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and CBT/DBT-informed strategies to build skills and live in alignment with your values, along with specialized treatments such as ERP and ICBT for OCD, CBT-AR for ARFID, and SPACE (Supporting Parents of Anxious Childhood Emotions). I also actively advocate for my clients, offering expertise when collaborating with medical teams and school staff to ensure you or your child receive comprehensive support.

We will start with your story, your values, and your goals. Along the way, we will hold space for your experience and implement changes daily outside of session, where the real life change happens. It takes courage to seek help, If you are ready to stop letting OCD, anxiety, or ARFID dictate your life, I invite you to reach out and take a step towards a life that feels free, meaningful, and truly aligned with your values.
